create subscriptions for deleting datasets

You can not delete your dataset downloaded by PhEDEx directly because they are also registered in the PhEDEX and DBS. Therefore, If you delete them from SE directly, PhEDEx and DBS would think the site still has them. The correct deletion methods would be:

How to get the directory of the dataset in SE or the LFN name of the dataset

The LFN name is used to know the directory of the dataset in SE. The directory format of your dataset in SE is: srm://srm.ihep.ac.cn:8443/pnfs/ihep.ac.cn/data/cms/. There are two ways to do that. one is to use phedex, the other is to use DBS.

This segment introduces how to create subscriptions for downloading datasets, deleting datasets and monitoring the process of downloading.

create subscriptions for downloading datasets

If you want to download datasets from other sites such FNAL, IN2P3, please check if the dataset is in the PhEDEx and DBS and get the dataset name.
    https://cmsdoc.cern.ch:8443/cms/aprom/phedex/prod/Data::Replicas(PhEDEx)
    http://cmsdbs.cern.ch/DBS2_discovery/(DBS)
The second step, go to the request page in PhEDEx, fill the table with the dataset name and submit:
    https://cmsdoc.cern.ch:8443/cms/aprom/phedex/prod/Request::Create?type=xfer
The third step, go to the view requests page to check if the requests is correct:
    https://cmsdoc.cern.ch:8443/cms/aprom/phedex/prod/Request::View

monitor the process of downloading
